1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Growki ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
2. Description of service
Growki is a WhatsApp CRM tool that connects to WhatsApp Web via a browser extension to sync conversations into a shared team inbox, and offers AI-assisted features (lead qualification, reply suggestions, and a conversational assistant over your own data) and optional integrations with third-party CRM platforms.
3. WhatsApp connectivity & acceptable use
Growki connects to WhatsApp the same way you already use WhatsApp Web, through a browser extension you control. This is not WhatsApp's official Business API. WhatsApp's own terms of service govern your use of WhatsApp itself, and don't formally endorse third-party automation tools. You're responsible for using Growki in a way that complies with WhatsApp's terms and applicable anti-spam and messaging regulations in your jurisdiction. Excessive automated messaging can put your WhatsApp number at risk of restriction by WhatsApp — that risk is yours to manage, and Growki is not liable for actions WhatsApp takes against your account.
4. Accounts & subscriptions
New workspaces may start a 14-day free trial or subscribe directly. Paid plans are billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, as selected at checkout, and are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand from your account's Billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Third-party integrations
Growki can optionally sync data with connected Google services and webhook destinations you configure. Each third-party name is a trademark of its respective owner; Growki is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Your use of any connected third-party service is also governed by that service's own terms.
6. Your data
Conversations, contacts, and other content you sync into Growki remain yours. We process it to provide the Service, including passing relevant conversation content to our AI provider to generate lead scores, reply suggestions, and answers to questions you ask. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growki is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by WhatsApp, Meta, or any connected third-party service against your accounts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
